Our Refund Policy

Cancellations

• 24-Hour Notice Required: You may cancel or reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Please email or message me directly.

• Late Cancellations (less than 24 hours before the session) are non-refundable, as that time has been reserved for you.

Rescheduling

• You may reschedule your session once at no extra cost if notice is given at least 24 hours prior to the appointment.

Missed Appointments / No-Shows

• If you miss your session without notice, no refund will be issued.

Refunds

Because sessions are customized and time-based:

• No refunds will be issued after the session has been delivered.

• Refunds are only possible in rare cases of technical failure (for online sessions) or double booking, and must be requested within 48 hours.
